Meet the woman behind some of the digital strategies you know and love.
Kito Jumanne-Marshall joins Newhall Klein as Client Services Director. Kito has over 20 years of experience as a senior-level client service expert—with an accomplished track record of leading iconic brands through best-in-class digital strategies, robust content marketing programs, and high-impact multi-channel activations. Her agency work has stretched across traditional and boutique shops; most recently with VML (formerly Biggs|Gilmore) in Kalamazoo, Mich., where she was instrumental in launching digital and social initiatives for Kellogg’s Froot Loops, Frosted Flakes, Eggo waffles, Morningstar Farms, Krave, and many other brands. Kito is a graduate of Western Michigan University and sits on the Advisory Board for WMU’s Advertising and Promotion major. Raised in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa, many Kalamazoo area residents know Kito for her passionate support of the community through such organizations as Ministry with Community, Kalamazoo Literacy Council, United Way, and the Killamazoo Derby Darlins.

Melissa Lindsey joins Newhall Klein as Project Manager with global packaging expertise. Melissa has a strong track record of managing complex packaging processes for brands including Campbell’s, Walmart, Unilever, Energizer, and Mars. For over 12 years at Schawk!, she served as the central point of communication between clients, printers, separators, and production teams on a global scale while ensuring the accurate delivery and ultimate printability of artwork. Most recently, Melissa was Project Manager for Schawk! | SGK, where she worked onsite at Newell Brands Design Center in Kalamazoo, Mich. In addition to her management skills, Melissa brings an artistic sense as a graphic designer and interior design student. She earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and business from Wayne State University.
